Terms of use

These terms are the agreement between you and us for using Trayflux. By using Trayflux, you accept them.
Who we are
Trayflux is a list app for shopping, to-dos and everyday plans, published by Sitewright, a division of Flame Robotics GmbH, Zug, Switzerland. In these terms, "we" and "us" mean that company.

Who can use Trayflux
Trayflux is for people aged 16 or over. If you're under 16, you may use it only with the agreement of a parent or guardian.
Access and price
Trayflux is currently invite-only: you can create an account only with an email address we've invited. It's free while it remains invite-only, and we'll let you know before that changes.
Your account
Trayflux has no passwords. You sign in with a link and a code that we send to your email address, so anyone who can read that mailbox can get into your account. Keep the mailbox secure, and use an email address that belongs to you.
Your lists are yours
You own what you put into Trayflux. You give us permission to store, copy and transmit it only as needed to provide the service to you: to show your lists on your devices, to back them up, and to make them available to the assistants you connect and the people you share links with. We claim no other rights in it. The privacy policy explains how we handle it.
You're responsible for what you put into Trayflux, and for having the right to put it there.
Connected assistants
You can connect an AI assistant to your account. A connected assistant can read, create, change and delete all of your lists and items, and Trayflux doesn't ask you to approve each change it makes. The assistant is a service you choose, provided by another company under that company's terms. We don't control it, and we aren't responsible for what it does with the access you give it. You can disconnect an assistant in Settings at any time.
Share links
A view link lets anyone who has it read one list, and an edit link lets them change it. A link can be passed on, so you're responsible for who you give it to. You can turn a link off or replace it at any time.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use Trayflux for anything unlawful, or to store or share unlawful content;
- try to access another person's account, or any of their lists that you don't have a share link for;
- attack, overload or probe the service, or get round its limits on lists, items and requests;
- create accounts by automated means, or create an account for someone else without their agreement.
Trayflux limits how many lists and items an account can hold, and how many changes it can make in an hour and in a day. We may change these limits.
Availability
We work to keep Trayflux running and your lists safe, and we back up the database every night. Even so, we provide Trayflux as is: we don't promise that it will always be available, that it will be free of faults, or that data will never be lost. If a list matters to you, keep your own copy. Each list's menu exports it as text.
We may change, add or remove features. If a change removes something you rely on, we'll tell you beforehand where we reasonably can.
Closing your account or the service
You can stop using Trayflux at any time, and you can delete your account in Settings. Deletion is immediate and can't be undone. The privacy policy explains what remains afterwards in backups and elsewhere.
We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, or that puts the service or other people at risk. If we ever close Trayflux altogether, we'll give account holders at least 30 days' notice by email so that you can export your lists first.
Our liability
To the extent the law allows, we're liable only for damage we cause intentionally or through gross negligence. We aren't liable for slight negligence, for loss of data, for indirect loss or lost profit, or for the acts of the companies and other people who help us provide the service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law doesn't allow us to limit.
Changes to these terms
We may change these terms, and the date at the top shows when they last changed. If a change materially affects your rights or obligations, we'll email account holders at least 14 days before it takes effect. If you don't accept the new terms, you can delete your account before then. Continuing to use Trayflux after that date means you accept them.
Governing law and courts
These terms are governed by Swiss law, and the courts of Zug, Switzerland, have jurisdiction over any dispute about them. If you use Trayflux as a consumer, this doesn't affect the mandatory protections of the law in the country where you live, or your right to bring a case before the courts that have jurisdiction under that law.
If any part of these terms is found to be invalid, the rest continues to apply.
