Put your plans to use
Trayflux is a list app for shopping, to-dos and whatever you need to remember. Add things yourself, or connect Claude or ChatGPT and ask it to make and update your lists. Open the same list on your phone when it's time to get on with it.
Free while invite-only. We'll let you know before that changes.
Example
From a conversation to a shopping list
Say you've settled on dinner. Give your AI assistant the recipe and ask it to put the ingredients on your shopping list.
Ask your assistant
Lemon and tomato spaghetti, for two
- 200 g spaghetti
- 250 g cherry tomatoes
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 lemon
- 40 g Parmesan
- 1 bunch basil
Add the ingredients for this recipe to my shopping list.
Your assistant adds each ingredient to the list, with its quantity, and Trayflux files it under its supermarket aisle. It's the same list you open on your phone in the shop, where you tick things off as they go in the basket.
You set this up once: add Trayflux to your assistant, then approve the connection. ChatGPT needs a plan that allows custom plugins. The guides for Claude and ChatGPT take you through it.
A list for each part of the week
Keep the weekly shop in one list, errands in another and the packing for a trip in a third. Add an item, tick it off, and drag things into the order you want.
Give a job a due date, or set it to repeat, and it turns up under Today when it's due. The milk won't buy itself, but at least it's written down.
None of this needs an assistant. Trayflux is a list app first, and you can use it entirely by hand.
On your phone and your laptop, with or without signal
Use Trayflux in a browser, or install it on your phone's home screen or your computer. There's a guide for Android and one for iPhone. Once you've signed in on a device, it keeps a copy of your lists there. You can read them, add to them and tick things off when the supermarket has no signal, and your changes sync when you're back online.
Your assistant does need a connection to reach your lists.
Share one list with a link
Send someone a link to a list and they open it in their browser, with no account. A view link lets them read the list. An edit link lets them add and tick items, and asks for a name first.
What you're giving access to
A connected assistant
An assistant you connect can read and change all of your lists, and that includes deleting them. It can also see your email address, your name, the names of people who have added to your lists, and the history of your lists, including lists and items you've deleted in the last 30 days. Trayflux asks you to approve the connection once. It doesn't ask again for each change, though your assistant's own app may. Settings shows every connection, and you can disconnect one at any time.
A share link
A link reaches that one list and none of your others. Anyone who has the link can use it, so send it to people you trust. You can turn a link off or replace it whenever you like.
Tracking
Trayflux shows no advertising, sets no tracking cookies and uses no third-party analytics. The privacy policy has the detail.
By invitation, for now
Trayflux is invite-only at the moment, and free while it stays that way. Ask for access and tell us the email address you'd like to sign in with. If you've already been invited, open Trayflux and sign in with the address your invitation went to.
